Movement for Birth Prep Sessions
Nurture and support yourself and your growing baby with at-home private movement sessions. Sessions incorporate breathing techniques, mindfulness, and stretching & strengthening postures that are beneficial during pregnancy and focus on preparation for birth. Suitable for women during pregnancy for any ability level, from complete beginners to more experienced yoga practitioners.
